Many a pastor today warns against undermining the Constitution by winking at the sordid Clinton cover-up. But where are the voices that warn against the undermining of the Scriptures by those who replace biblical and historical facts of history with myths?
Take the 1967 war and todays myth being swallowed by many clergy and laity that Christian love should allow for a Palestinian state so that Arafat and the Jews can live in peace. But didnt the Arabs control the "West Bank" (Judea and Samaria) from 1948-1967? Why was there no call USA, Arab or whatever - to create a Palestinian state during those two decades? Why was the PLO formed in 1964 three years before Israel won the Six Day War?
The answer, of course, is simple to those who seek out truth. Todays Israel is only one-fourth of original Palestine. The other three-fourths constitute Jordan, created by British diplomacy after double-crossing the Jews concerning the original Balfour Declaration.... So there it is. There already is a Palestinian state. Its called "Jordan". That is why Jordan never bothered to create a second "Palestine" when she could have done so from 1948 to 1967. It is also why the PLO was born in 1964 not to fight Jordan for a new Palestinian state but to eliminate Israel from any part of the land.
And what a tiny plot of turf it is!
When did you last hear a pastor put it straight: that Israel is 280 miles long and 50 miles wide? That without the "West Bank" of Judea and Samaria, the whole of Israel will be nine miles wide at the center? Nine miles! Or that the Arab League is 485 times the size of Israel, one and a third times larger than Europe and one and a half times the USA? Or that 80 Israels equal one Iran, 20 Israels fit into one Iraq, nine Israels make one Syria? Or that 26 Israels fit into one Texas? Or...enough!! And enough of Christian ignorance! Equal compassion for Jews and Arabs, yes. But pastors heads in the sand concerning the above brutal realities, No! -
